Ron was a pioneer in the performance industry during the boom of the mini bike era founding Ron's Mini Cycle City builder of the feared yellow jacket racing line of engines! He also raced Speedway Motorcycles, but much more than that he mentored and sponsored many racers that went on to have a career in racing, names like Danny Becker, Mike Muntean Rick and Gene Woods just to name a few. For over 50 years Ron has owned Orange County Welding.
