Billy started racing in ‘68 and inspired many of the sport’s top riders. In ‘71 he was the first American to beat the Belgium Factory Puch riders racing in the U.S. and won the 125 Expert class at the Hangtown Classic. In ‘72 he won the CMC Championship. He has continued to ride and race for the last 50 years and recently won the WORCS “World Off Road Champion Series” 60+ Championship in 2017.
