Don was one of the most innovative promotors in the business. He promoted races at the Long Beach indoor then moved to the national scene to promoted Arlington Park Chicago, Syracuse NY, and promoted a sell out event in Madison Square Gardens in NY City. Don partnered with Yamaha to begin the Yamaha Silver Cup Series Nationwide. Don was always a favorite promotor of his riders and strived to make his riders the best paid in the industry. RIP
