Greg and long-time friend Tim Hart began MX’ing at Dana Point, CA in the mid 60’s. Greg switched to Maico with wins in the Inter-Am support class and Hopetown. After starting Wheelsmith in 1970, He focused on his business and,race team (Gaylon Mosier and many other fast guys), They developed many performance accessories/mods for Maicos which were sold across the country and the world, plus the Maico factory!
