Brad began racing at 13. He pursued Motocross racing in its earliest years in the US and spent four months behind the iron curtain in 1971 to be close to his sponsor CZ. He would set records for Kawasaki in the US during 1972. He moved back to Europe in 1973 to pursue becoming America’s First World Motocross Champion. He accomplished his and America’s dream as 500cc World MX Champion in 1982 on a Suzuki.
