Born into race royalty Sandra is the daughter of Cordy Milne who finished 3rd as his brother Jack became the first American Speedway World Champion in 1938. Sandra started by working at Milne Brothers motorcycle shop in Pasadena CA. Sandra went on to be an official in the SRA (Speedway Racing Association) and International Speedway. Never far from the action everyone from husband Gary Hicks to kids Gary Jr, Bonnie, Jesse and KC raced speedway.
