The Leivan's have been synonymous with off-road racing in Missouri for decades. Frank created the Missouri Hare Scrambles Championship series and led the family in promoting hundreds of events since the early 80's, most recently as Midwest Off Road Events. Their combined efforts & shared passion for the sport also enabled Steve to earn 36 regional overall championships and 16 amateur national titles to date.
