By accessing or being nominated for induction into the Hot Shoe Hall of Fame, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Induction Determination: The decision to induct an individual into the Hot Shoe Hall of Fame is solely at the discretion of the Board of Directors (BOD) of the Hot Shoe Hall of Fame. The BOD will consider the achievements and contributions of the nominee within the motorcycle industry to determine their eligibility for induction.
2. Hot Shoe Hall of Fame Plaque: If you are successfully inducted into the Hot Shoe Hall of Fame, you will receive a plaque acknowledging your induction. This plaque will state that you are now a member of the Hot Shoe Hall of Fame.
3. "Hot Shoe" Plaque Requirement: As part of your induction, you are required to donate one of your hot shoes to be placed on a separate plaque for display in the museum. This plaque will showcase your hot shoe and its significance to the motorcycle industry.
4. "Industry Icon" Plaque: In cases where the inductee did not compete or participated in a form of racing that did not use a hot shoe, but still qualifies as a Hall of Fame Industry Icon, a separate plaque denoting "Industry Icon" will be displayed in the museum.
5. No Guarantee of Induction: Not all nominees will be accepted into the Hot Shoe Hall of Fame. The induction decision remains at the sole discretion of the BOD, and there is no guarantee of acceptance.
6. Nominations: Anyone can nominate deserving individuals for consideration by the BOD. If you believe someone has an exceptional history in the motorcycle industry and deserves induction, please feel free to submit their name for consideration.
7. Historical Contributions: The Hot Shoe Hall of Fame values individuals with great historical significance in the motorcycle industry. Contributions to the advancement, innovation, and promotion of motorcycle culture and racing will be considered during the induction process.
8. Compliance with Rules: All nominees and inductees are expected to comply with the rules and guidelines set forth by the Hot Shoe Hall of Fame. Failure to do so may result in the revocation of induction or other appropriate actions.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that induction into the Hot Shoe Hall of Fame is a privilege and not a right. The Hot Shoe Hall of Fame reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
