Kelly loved racing motorcycles. The only thing he loved more was his Daughter Chelsea. Kelly's achievement's, before his passing in 2010, include 1983 & 84 National Champion, 1982 & 1990 World Team Cup Champion. He successfully raced in the British League from 1978 through 1992 for Hull, Birmingham, Eastbourne, Sheffield, Belle Vue & Swindon. Kelly finished 4th in 3 World Final appearances (Poland, USA & Sweden). He loved his Bro Shawn. #NoFear
