From Western NY. Expert #95 Flat Track competitor and Division 1 Speedway Racer. Competed weekly at Flat Track and Speedway races at Tracks in NY, Canada and many other states. Competed in The ICE series for Speedway. Was a fierce competitor known as Gentlemen Jim for his on-track and off track personality. Was second place season Champion at Champion Speedway Owego NY 1977. Won all Flat Track Open Expert class events at Hamburg NY 1984.
