"Fass Mikey" Vils won teenage fame with The Brute, and a job with 'Big Daddy' Ed Roth building trikes. Mike perfected chopper steering geometry, impressing Yamaha factory engineers with his chopper's handling. Mike was a legendary race bike painter in the 70s/80s for factories and privateers. He kept his hands oily as a contractor, riding in observed trials, desert racing, and on dirt tracks. He's ridden two Cannonballs on his 1913 Excelsior.
