Competed: 1974 to 1992
Second Brother from the famous British Collins Family. Never quite lived up to his older brothers achievements, But Les almost clinched the 1982 world Championship held at the Los Angeles Coliseum. Les had beaten the eventual winner Bruce Penhall in an early heat race on the night, But dropped crucial points later to hand Bruce the Title. Les won many individual titles and was an easy choice for English team spots. A very tactical Racer.
